FAQ
How does the programme Project leader 5.0 take place?
It will take place online within 4 weeks. Each week there will be one half-day interactive training session. As a bonus, you will have a 60-minute online Q&A session.
When does the programme take place and in which language is it possible to attend?
This programme is available in English and Czech. We will arrange dates for your team according to your needs. In addition, open programs for individuals are also available in Czech.
Is it possible to learn something online and what do the training sessions look like
Online is more effective than face-to-face. The main reason for this is the gradual learning from each other ("social learning"). Online you can much better implement a model where development programmes are not run as full-day one-off events but as multiple shorter sessions. In between, you then practice a specific assignment and technique you have learned. And you can get immediate feedback on the next lesson with the tutor and others.
Is the programme accredited, and will I get a certificate?
Yes, the programme is internationally accredited by IPMA CZ. You will receive a certificate confirming a total of 16 hours. You will receive the certificate if you attend at least 75 % of the direct instruction (3 out of 4 training blocks). So you can watch one lesson, or part of it, from the recording.
Isn't the programme only for leaders and managers?
The programme is primarily suitable for leaders, managers, project managers, and project team members, but it is also useful for anyone who wants to learn how to connect the topics of flow, project management, and goal achievement.
What if I can't attend all the online lessons?
No problem. All lessons will be recorded and available to you. If you are unable to attend a training, you can watch it at a time when it is available. In addition, all recordings will be available to you for three months from the beginning of the programme.
I am afraid I'll have to buy more expensive equipment and software. Is that right?
To complete the Project leader 5.0, you need a computer connected to the internet, sound, and a camera. All other software applications we will use are free, or you can use them in trial versions for the duration of the programme.
Will I have time for this when I have many other tasks?
You will. The Project leader 5.0 will only take one half day per week for interactive training and 1 x 60 minute Q&A session. Then 2-3 hours at any time of the week for homework. The time you dedicate to the programme will be saved in the following month.
Won't that be too difficult?
We will guide you step by step. You'll get video support and feedback from the tutor. In addition, other participants will support you. We will use only simple software tools. You will also choose the number of things you decide to use.
Is it possible to have a custom programme?
Yes, it is possible to implement this programme on a custom basis. In this case, it is possible to tailor the content and timing to your team's needs. We will be happy to prepare a quote for this format.
