Can I use MOTIV-ACE® without major system changes in my company?

Yes. MOTIV-ACE® can be implemented in smaller teams or departments without the need to change your entire management system. It helps improve collaboration, motivation, and atmosphere at the everyday operational level – with a clear impact on team performance.

 

Is MOTIV-ACE® suitable for environments that don't work on projects?

Yes. Even in operational teams and companies with routine activities, you deal with motivation, performance, employee engagement, and team collaboration. MOTIV-ACE® works with people's intrinsic motivators, fair recognition, and strengthening the sense of purpose in work – which applies universally, regardless of the type of activity.

 

Can MOTIV-ACE® measure whether motivation has actually improved?

Yes. The implementation of MOTIV-ACE® includes baseline measurement of motivation and environmental perception. During use, data is collected on performance and changes in team atmosphere. At the end of the pilot, we can compare the change as people see it and how it manifested in numbers.

 

How much time will system implementation take?

Very little. On the team side, it's just a few minutes per week. The initial workshop and system setup takes place with support from a SHINE consultant. MOTIV-ACE® runs automatically and its use is simple and intuitive.

 

Can we test the system in a pilot operation?

Yes. We offer pilot implementation in a selected team. The pilot typically lasts 3 months and includes an introductory workshop, system activation, operational support, and results evaluation. Only then do you decide whether to expand the system to other teams.

 

Do we need our own IT system to implement MOTIV-ACE®?

No. MOTIV-ACE® runs as a cloud service. There's nothing to install or integrate into internal systems. All you need is an internet browser and team access.

 

Can MOTIV-ACE® be integrated with project management or compensation systems?

Yes. MOTIV-ACE® can be linked to project roles, tasks, and outputs. In some companies, it serves as a transparent basis for distributing rewards based on contribution, not just time.
