FAQ
How is Project Expert 5.0 take place?
It will take place online within 4 weeks. Each week there will be one half-day interactive training session. As an added bonus, the programme includes an online initial onboarding session (60 min) as well as an online Q&A session (60 min).
Is it possible to learn something online and how do the training sessions look like?
Online is more effective than face-to-face. The main reason for this is the gradual learning from each other („Social learning"). In online, you can much better implement a model where development programmes are not run as full-day one-off events, but as multiple shorter sessions. In between, you then practice a specific assignment and technique you have learned. And you can get immediate feedback on the next lesson.
Is the programme accredited and will I get a certificate?
Yes, the programme is internationally accredited by IPMA CZ. You will receive a certificate confirming a total of 16 hours. You will receive the certificate if you attend at least 75% of the direct instruction (3 out of 4 training blocks). So you can watch one lesson, or part of it, from the recording.
How do I know if a programme is right for me?
The programme is primarily designed for experienced project managers. Prior completion of one of our Master Your Project Genius 5.0 or Project Leader 5.0 programs is an advantage. However, if you are unsure, please contact us and we will discuss your situation with you.
What if I can't attend all the online lessons?
Never mind. All lessons will be recorded and available to you. If you are unable to attend a lesson, you can watch it at a time that is convenient for you. Additionally, all recordings will be available to you for 3 months from the start of the programme on Teachable.com.
I'm afraid I'll have to buy more expensive equipment and software. Is that right?
It's not. To successfully complete Project Expert 5.0, all you need is a computer connected to the internet, sound and a camera. All other software applications that we will use are either free or you can use them in trial versions for the duration of the programme again for free.
What software tools do you train in the programme?
During the programme you will see demonstrations of several specific digital tools that we use ourselves. You will also experience examples of AI and automation. We are one of the innovators in the use of AI in project management and have experience since the end of 2022.
How often do you update SW tools through dynamic development?
We are constantly adjusting specific tools to take account of rapid current developments. In addition, the programme includes access to the ShineStarlight portal, where a team of AI project assistants are available who are specially trained on the SHINE knowledge base.
Will I have time for this when I have many other tasks during the day?
You will. Project Expert 5.0 will only take you one morning per week for interactive training and a total of 1x60 minutes of Q&A sessions. Then 2-3 hours at any time of the week for independent work. The time you dedicate to the programme will be saved right away during the following month.
Won't that be too hard?
We will guide you step by step. You'll get video support and feedback from the lecturer. In addition, you will be supported by other participants. We will use only simple software tools. You will also choose the amount of things you decide to use.

Is it possible to get access to the ShineStarlight portal for yourself or the whole project team in the long term?
Yes, it is possible to access our innovative portal on a long-term basis. For teams, an interesting quantity discount is available.
Is the in-person format available?
Yes, although we prefer the online format and all our open project academies are online, we sometimes combine online and face-to-face for custom solutions. We always choose the format that will best support the goal and deliver the best result.
