Who is a Project and how does it support the leader and project manager?

A Project provides long-term support to the leader or project manager, just like a co-pilot on an aircraft. The main goal of the Project is to help keep the project on track. The COPILOT role may include providing advice, helping with the selection and adaptation of software tools, or perhaps using AI to manage projects. The ShineStarlight, ChatGPT SHINE Project COPILOT and SHINE AI chatbot AI tools are also available. It thus combines support using a live human and AI. The Project uses our unique kopilot® method with our own trademarked , which we have been using in corporate environments since 2016 to successfully operate, manage change and manage projects.

How is take place?

There will be a total of 5 two-hour meetings over the course of a year. Their dates are already available on this page. From the moment you join the Project , you can also use the Teachable.com portal for self-study for twelve months. As part of the program, you also have the opportunity to take advantage of one-on-one online consultations with an experienced project manager at a 20% discount and 5,000 tokens on the ShineStarlight portal.

Will a recording of each meeting be available?

In order to allow for the most open sharing of experiences, a recording of the discussions between participants in the Project group meetings will not be made. However, if you are unable to attend one of the meetings, you will receive materials presented by our team as well as a recording of the explanatory session. The recording will always be available until the next meeting.

Is it possible to learn something online and how do the training sessions look like?

Online is more effective than face-to-face. The main reason for this is the gradual learning from each other („Social learning"). In online, you can much better implement a model where development programmes are not run as full-day one-off events, but as multiple shorter sessions.  In between, you then practice a specific assignment and technique you have learned. And you can get immediate feedback on the next lesson.

Isn't that only for experienced managers?

Project is suitable for different levels of experience. You will use the knowledge you gain in each of the roles. Even in your personal life. But if you are more experienced, you will also have the opportunity to better share your own experiences and get feedback on them.

Is the program for me if I have already completed some of the SHINE programmes?

Yes. It's not a problem. It is possible that in some sessions you will come across some practices that you already know from SHINE, but more than 80% of all knowledge will always be new. Moreover, you can further deepen the ones you may have already practiced.

I'm afraid I'll have to buy more expensive equipment and software. Is that right?

It's not. To successfully complete Master Your Project Genius 5.0, all you need is a computer connected to the internet, sound and a camera. All other software applications that we will use are either free or you can use them in trial versions for the duration of the programme again for free. 

Is it possible to implement the programme on a custom basis?

Yes, it is possible to implement this programme on a custom basis. In this case, it is possible to tailor the content and timing to your team's needs. We will be happy to prepare a quote for this format. The custom form can also include long-term access to the Shinestarlight portal for the entire team.

I like the project , but I would need advice on project management now and not wait months for a topic. What to do?

The solution is simple - you can arrange a meeting on any topic. As part of the Project , you get a 20% discount on these one-to-one online support sessions with an experienced project manager.
